Terms of service

This agreement is between you (the business owner buying a plan, "you") and Justice Label LLC dba Justice Local Solutions ("we", "us"). By paying for a plan you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain language on purpose.
1. What you get
Every plan includes the same service: a website for your business, an instant estimate tool, email lead alerts, online booking, a website assistant, and hosting, your domain, and changes to your site.
2. Plans and what each one buys

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. Each plan renews automatically at the end of its paid period, at the same price and for the same length of service, until you cancel.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel any plan at any time, by emailing us or through your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for: your site stays up until then, and you won't be charged again.
4. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy within 30 days of your first payment, on any plan, ask us and we'll refund that payment in full. When we issue a refund, your site is taken down.
After that 30-day window, prepaid plans (6-month and 12-month) are non-refundable.
5. Your domain
While you're subscribed, we register and renew your website's domain for you. After 12 months of service, we'll transfer the domain to you on request. Before then, you can buy the domain from us for $15.
6. The estimate tool
The instant estimate tool on your site shows non-binding ballpark price ranges based on the pricing you give us. It is not a quote. The final price for any job is always set by your business.
Ballpark figures help your customers decide quickly whether to contact your business, turning cold leads into qualified leads who are more likely to connect and become paying customers.
7. Your content
You own your business content, including your logo, photos, text and pricing. You give us permission to use it to build, host and update your site while you're subscribed. Please only send us content you have the right to use. We are not responsible for content you provide that is not yours, or that you do not have the copyright or a license to use.
On request, we can create realistic illustrations for your site at no additional charge.
8. Non-payment
If a payment fails and isn't resolved, we may pause your site until your account is made current.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
