This policy covers justicelocal.com and signing up for a Justice Local Solutions plan. It's short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you sign up, our checkout collects:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your business name, and your Google Maps listing or current website if you give it
- Your billing details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
If you email us, we also have whatever you send us, such as your logo, photos and pricing.
Why we collect it
To build and run your website, to contact you about your service, to send you receipts and billing notices, and to keep the business and tax records we're required to keep.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run our business: Stripe for payments, and our hosting provider (Cloudflare), which processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect this site. We do not sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're a customer. After you leave, we keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and delete the rest when it's no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, except records we're legally required to keep.
